At Southern Plus East Fremantle. We have created spaces that provide a welcoming and caring environment for residents and their families to enjoy. The facility offers five-star hotel-style services, advanced digital concierge system, multiple shaded outdoor areas, family cafes, BBQs, therapy gardens, spacious lounge rooms, movie theatre, salon and a range of additional services and first class five star amenities.


Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit, a daily payment or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payments.

Richmond was one of two distinct areas in the early development of Fremantle’s East ward and highly regarded for its attractive views over the Swan River. Inspired by its heritage, the Richmond Wing is the largest residential block onsite providing six different types of accommodations.

Preston Point

Preston Point refers to an area of the Swan River in the East Fremantle district, as well as Preston Point Road, which runs parallel to it. Named after William Preston, a naval officer who, along with James Stirling, founded Perth and Fremantle. The Preston Point wing offers premium accommodation overlooking lush gardens and balcony views of the Swan River.

The name Woodside is associated with the Woodside maternity hospital, once located at 18 Dalgety Street in East Fremantle. Later, the Hospital gave its name to what is now the Woodside precinct of East Fremantle. True to its history the wing comprises of rooms with balcony and courtyard views offering a true blend of luxury and lifestyle.

Beeliar (secure dementia wing)

The name Beeliar is derived from one clan of the Whadjuk group of Indigenous Australians, Beeliar Noongar, which translates to ‘river people’. This wing is designed for our dementia clients providing a luxury lifestyle in a safe and secure environment.
